I'm not a barbecue fan, but I became one when we started eating at Beast six years ago. The pit beans were totally and completely amazing. The second last time we ordered, the beans were horrible, with soupy sauce, when it used to be thick and meaty and filled with pork belly--a meal in itself. Incredible BBQ! Tasty meats and great sides. Everything is made fresh and is from local vendors. Big local Craft beer selection and ciders. Bbq sauce is on point. My go to BBQ spot. After years of service it has only gotten better. Catering and holiday meals offered.
Restaurant was mostly clean other some bbq sauce on the counter at the bar seating. Service was quick and friendly. 2 Meat Plate, pulled pork, brisket, brussel sprouts and bacon mac n cheese were all very good. Would eat here again and recommend to others.
First time here in a few years. I tried the pork steak sandwich. It was very flavorful and tender. Not quite a pulled pork consistency but nice pulled pieces of pork steak with a flavorful bark.

The burger was not good. The texture was more like dense meatloaf than a burger. The fries and dipping sauce were really good though. The BBQ is definitely better than the burger.
Our favorite barbecue restaurant when visiting the area. Everything we’ve had is delicious, we both especially love the Brisket
