This is a diner that serves breakfast all day, lunch and dinner. Again, this is a diner so no frills in any way here. Like a Denny's but much better food. Service was polite, quick and tentative with a smile. Very large selection on the menu. Prices are very low and inexpensive. I've included pictures of the menu. It was a bit hot in there on a hot summer day. They had 2 box fans running to keep the temperature comfortable. My kids got the blueberry pancakes which did not have blueberries inside rather they received plain pancakes with blueberry compote on top with maple syrup, no blueberry syrup. I ordered the breakfast combo 2 pancakes, sausage, bacon and 2 eggs . Also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy . I felt the pancakes were dry . They do have lots of flavor combinations available. Sausage gravy was lukewarm at best and that's being generous . Sausage and bacon were both on the cool side as well . The over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Would be nice if it came with a side of toast to soak of the yolks .
This diner truly embodies everything a great one should be: cozy, clean, delicious, and affordable, with a welcoming atmosphere. Most breakfast items are $6 or less and come with generous extras. For example, my delightful Belgian waffle was served with two eggs, sausage, AND bacon—yes, not just one or the other, but both. All that for just six dollars! This spot is a simple breakfast paradise that I highly recommend.
I’ll definitely make this my go to for brunch and pancakes. This modest restaurant has a “something for everyone “ menu. Excellent family-like staff. I’ve had the veggie omelette with pancakes (it comes with your choice of side! . I’ve also had the skillets which are delicious and can be somewhat healthy. my wife and did this for the weekends. her daily special is more fantastic worth, and the amount of food she receives is in the more than she can eat comfortably. the service is the best notch every time we have eaten here. I recommend her crepes and make sure that they get the whipped cream! it is rich, fluffy and fresh.
