When I explained what was wrong, a kind employee said he didn't know how to help and would get the manager for further assistance. Suddenly, I found myself speaking with an extremely rude young woman on the phone. She insisted that she remembered packing my order and even claimed she specifically recalled putting two brownies and two cookies in the bag—should that have made me feel important? I tried to explain that I didn’t want the food anymore, but she was so loud and aggressive that my mom could hear her from across the room. This completely ruined the special dinner date I planned for my mom. Thanks, Ben & Jerry’s manager, for turning a nice evening into a nightmare! I’ll be reaching...
Today's experience is worth taking the time out to enter this review and give it 5 stars. I have celiac disease, as some can imagine, I am very cautious about what I order, and I always hope that the person who helps me has the same mind. Luckily, I had helped Kacey today!! She was super sweet, friendly and patient. I even saw how she helped another customer who was before me. It felt so good to leave there knowing that I refunded the best customer service. Icecream is great, but amazing customer service makes it just taste, the more worth the calories and money.
I didn't get the name of the woman I talked to, but she was so kind and helpful when I called food allergies for a birthday party where my child would participate. She answered all my questions and I felt pretty good about the allergy-free conditions she described. Then she went on and offered to make a cupcake version of the cake for my child to make sure it was safe for her to eat! She was so nice and understanding, I can't say it enough!
