Burger Battle Review: The Basque Bistro Burger (Bibi Bistro) I really enjoyed the ambience at BB Bistro. It’s warm, cozy, and perfect for a girls’ hangout, solo date, or small meetup. The soulful R&B music playing in the background added a nice touch to the overall vibe. The Basque Bistro Burger features a beef patty, melted Gouda, crispy prosciutto, and a house sauce, served with baked potatoes with a crispy crust. I appreciated the switch from the usual fries, it was a nice change. The burger is priced at $26.88. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn with the service. A few friends and I went for lunch on Friday and it was fabulous. We were looking for someplace a little different and we found it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Gabriel the son's owner who was extremely pleasant and professional. The relaxing atmosphere and superb food makes you feel like you are at a Bistro on the Champs Elyssee. I highly recommend the Croque Monsieur. All four of us give this Bistro 5 plus
