Bistro On Main, Manchester

If you’re looking for a cozy yet slightly sophisticated atmosphere combined with locally sourced, homemade, delicious food where you’re treated as an important guest, then Bistro on Main is for you. My husband and I recently enjoyed dinner and cocktails there. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by the bartender Jess. She was kind and very welcoming. A few minutes later the manager came over to ask us how everything was.Good conversation. Great food. Excellent atmosphere. And, it’s all for a good cause.

The meal was wonderful and the service was equally fantastic! Diane made us feel right at home and Mary checked on us a few times. We shared a meat and cheese plate, yum! I had the steak frites and my husband had the duck. Both were delicious and thoughtfully executed. Finished with white chocolate mousse and a bread pudding. Perfect end to an amazing dinner. Thinking we will become regular customers. Looking forward to our next visit and will be recommending this special place to all of our friends and family!

Easily the best meals I've ever had in the area. High quality ingredients, delicious recipes, beautiful plating, a genuinely kind atmosphere and a community oriented mission contribute to a truly special dining experience. This place has all of the quality with none of the attitude. Every time I've been here happy hour, meal, or pre fixe dinner has been a home run!

Pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem on main St in Manchester! The escargot was great (hard to find a restaurant that serves it in this area). Had the steak au poive and rainbow trout. Both amazing. Dessert was lavender and earl grey creme brule and chocolate and banana crepe. Bring your favorite bottle of wine and the night is perfect. Réservez une table maintenant

At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay place was emptyGrad that we stay food was great we had two burgers with a delicious fries also a turkey club with friesIt was a good choice.

Had lunch today and ordered one of their salads. It was excellent my wife had the salmon cakes and the same is true for that choice. Excellent and attentive service.

If you want to eat at a certain time arrive at least an hour earlier. Simple things ordered and took over an hour and they missed a whole order

Food was sloppy and was very disappointing. Good server but was highly disappointed with the food and small menu. Will not be coming back Réservez une table maintenant
