I placed my order through the app but received the wrong sauce and regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. The restaurant was able to correct this mistake, but unfortunately, the sweet potato fries they brought out were cold. They replaced them again, but this time they were still missing something. The dish itself was tasty and satisfying, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with these mishaps. Overall, the dish had a good flavor profile, but attention to detail is definitely needed. It's important for restaurants to ensure accuracy in orders. Despite these issues, it's best to not make a big fuss at the end of the meal.
I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was between £10-20, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, I would give it a 5/5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive staff and quick service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, I would also rate it a 5/5. Some recommended dishes that I tried and loved were the Full English Breakfast, Bang Bang Chicken, Pulled Brisket Chilli, Lounge Burger, and Tapas. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in the evening and found it to be very romantic. I wish I had been with a woman to fully enjoy the experience, but I settled for a burger instead. The burger was delicious and I would rate both the food and service a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also great, earning another 5 out of 5 rating. I would recommend trying the Burger, Lounge Burger, Tapas, and Eggs Benedict dishes. The price per person for a dinner meal ranged from £10 to £20.
When we visited the restaurant, there was a bit of chaos. Some tables were not cleared, so we had to ask the bar staff to assist with our orders. Unfortunately, they were unable to serve the burgers listed on the menu. We had to wait a while for our food, and the mac and cheese was not up to par. It was a shame because we were looking forward to enjoying a lovely evening sitting in the sun on the terrace.
Spacious restaurant with a large normal, gluten free, and vegan menu, as well as a large outdoors seating area.Dog friendly as well.The food was really tasty and well priced but I can't give a higher rating because of the drinks aspect of our order. 2 of the 3 drinks our party ordered came after 20 minutes, by which time we'd almost finished our meal, which was disappointing as one was a coke.
Wait was longer than we were told at the door, over an hour until food arrived. My chicken was burnt and the fries tasted liked they'd been sat there all morning. My partners sandwich was missing almost everything, looked like two bits of toast on a plate. Worst lounge I've been too.
