This has to be the worst Boston Market in the state of Delaware. I went there last night and after standing in line for a while I was told that it was cash only. So went to my car, downloaded the app and placed my order and paid through the app. I go back in and sit and wait for my order. With no other customers in the store you would think the staff would have been working on getting my order prepared. Nope. They’re taking smoke breaks. One girl was putting her hair up in a ponytail in the kitchen around the food. The cook didn’t have a mask on. Some of the other staff had masks under their nose. Not all Boston Markets are the same. I have eaten many in the last twenty years from New York to Delaware, so not your experience on just a few locations. The one I go to Newark De is very good. The food is always fresh and the service is very friendly. The other one I ate in Dover Delaware was terrible. The food at this point was limited, cold and the service was very bad. So do not judge your experience from just one location try a few different. I give the Newark De University Plaza a 5 star!
It has been a year since my last visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and when I arrived around 4pm, there was no wait. I ordered the 3 piece dark meat with veggies and yams, and my meal was ready in less than 5 minutes. The person who took my order was very polite.
The food at this restaurant is always delicious, especially when you need something quick and convenient. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer turkey, but their chicken pot pies are excellent. My personal favorite dish is the sweet potato casserole.

They never answer the telephone!!! I have gone in there on three different occasions to inquire about the prime rib and I am always told a different day that it is available and that I have to order online!!!
Had chicken dinner. All the specials were gone cause we got there late. Try them next time. Server was very polite, courteous and friendly. Good food although limited.
We had an enjoyable dinner at this stablishment. The associates were very friendly also very glad the entrees portion were full as they should!!!
I love Boston Market. I usually get take out. The food is always hot and tasty. Only problem was the Raspberry Lemonade was out of order.

The Tuscan chicken is the bomb.com. Would definitely recommend. I always order on the website for a faster checkout experience.
The wait was short. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it cost me less than 8 dollars in total. I was very satisfied.
