I ate yesterday at boston pizza with my brother and his friend. as someone with Celiac disease, eating can be a hit or miss experience, and more often than not end up being sick with me, but I was only in the city for a short time and wanted to dinner and a movie. the art and wise how the personal and the administration treated my restrictions was absolutely amazing how nothing I previously received everywhere. our waitress was knowledgeable and could inform me about what would be safe for me on the menu. the manager personally came out to talk to me about why my food was talking longer because there was cross-contamination. they made it new for me and my food was excellent. such an amazing experience here on Tuesday 22. for a late lunch at 3 o'clock. it was our first time in 2 years to eat our small child in public as a family. I didn't get the name of the server that worked, but she was absolutely beautiful. she was very sensitive to the needs of our crazy toddler-shear-anigans and it really didn't go unnoticed as she was accommodating. a little friendliness goes a long way and it made the experience so pleasant! amazing service and eating was hot and tasty. 100% recommend this location
Accually the least amount of meat on a meat lovers pizza I have ever seen, also the other pizza we bought wasn't what we ordered but took it so we didn't have to wait another 20 minutes for the right one. Very, very disappointed in the quality and service when we were excited to go to the city to get a well deserved pizza that we used to enjoy. WE WONT BE BACK,,, HORRIBLE.....negative stars should be an option
