Brenner’s Steakhouse Katy Freeway

Waitstaff at Brenners leaves much to be desired. Our waitress was terrible. I made an appetizer to table before you drink. Some deserts before dinner coffee. She was terrible and inexperienced. We complained and asked for the food manager. He was absolutely no help and we could say that he had no real upscale culinary experience as a manager. I like Brenners and have been down there for over 50 years and I know good service of bad.... and last night the service was bad. Eat well. Brenner is not and is not on my list for my recommendations. I always recommend other steak houses in front of Brenner.

Everything was especially good! We really enjoyed everything we had, and we had it all! Crab cakes are always a favorite, but also loved the new tuna poke appetizer. The filet was perfect, the snapper was perfect! Thank you!

Excellent steak house. Great Prime steaks, and I like their crab cake and salads too. Old school, calm environment. I really like this restaurant. It’s been good for decades. Much better than the newer, more trendy places.

Everything was extraordinary! We had the quails for an appetizer, the Greek salad, the fillets and carrot cake for dessert. Chris was an excellent waiter! I recommend this restaurant!

Easter brunch was wonderful. Great service outside on a beautiful day under the pavilion. The food is delicious and the shrimps and greases were a favorite. We will definitely return.
