La Guadalupana Bakery and Cafe is a hidden gem I've been wanting to visit for years. It's situated on Dunlavy, nestled between Common Bond and The Guild, and it always seems to be buzzing with activity. At first glance from the street, it may not appear impressive, but the constantly full parking lot and the crowded tables convinced us to finally drop by.

The food was good and the service was even better. The guy behind the counter gave superb service and suggested their almond croissant. Which was amazingly tasty! He even offered the mailman a free bottle of water which I thought showed great hospitality! I would definitely recommend this place!

Must Try!. I had to check the kitchen to see if my Abuelita was cooking! I had the chicken mole enchiladas and was blown away. Very Authentic and for $9.50 you could not beat it. Great meal, savored every bite.

Absolutely first rate! The wife and I enjoyed a spectacular chicken enchiladas verde and enchiladas mole (chicken). Home made with fresh ingredients and pride! A must stop for foodies!!

Great coffee! Got some cinnamon in it! And big chicken bags! Only came for coffee and a pastry, but ended with the Tames instead - great choice!

Although the service is slow and disorganized, the food is excellent and makes up for it. Best horchata outside of Mexico City.

Good food, fair price, average to below average service staff...but worth a trip for sure.
