I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brodard Chateau in Garden Grove, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of spring rolls, appetizers, salads, and rice dishes left me spoiled for choice. The grilled pork spring roll was a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked super crunchy!!! The grilled prawns and mango salad was a refreshing combination that left my taste buds wanting more. And let’s not forget about their flan—it’s simply the best! Highly recommend this place for a delicious Vietnamese dining experience!
Came here for a wedding reception. The food was very delicious. I was very surprised of the quality and flavor of the food. A lot of times you go to an Asian restaurant and everything is just a salt bomb. Here, everything was well balanced in flavor. Not too salty or sweet. Ingredients tasted fresh. My favorite was the Sea Bass. Super tender and melt in your mouth buttery. If I lived closer I would 100% be here more often.
This was my first time at the new location, and I found it charming and bustling as always. However, I noticed that the prices seemed to have increased significantly. Despite that, the food was still enjoyable. The salad rolls appeared smaller than I remembered. The service was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a fast-paced family dining experience.
I have placed the ordered 3 times and it always a mistake on my orders ? Not sure why this happened so often ? I ordered Shrimp rolls when I went home turned out the rolls with PORK ? So disappointed and this happened to me 3 times for last month and today also happened the same thing !!!

The food was just okay. Our waitress was very friendly, but the waiter was quite the opposite—rushed and unfriendly. This was our first visit, and when we asked for small dip bowls for our rolls, he simply told us to dip on the dish. Overall, the service was terrible.
One of our favorite restaurants when we visit Los Angeles. We will try to make the since here to order the nem coin. Best I’ve ever had and I crave it when I go back to the east coast. Everything we’ve ordered here was delicious.
They never insulate my take-out orders. One very thin plastic bag, it's cold by the time I get home.
I normally like Vietnamese food but this place was pretty bland. The workers were nice though
