This BWW needs to be shut down. The place is run by a bunch of high schoolers who are nothing but rude and unpleasant. The blonde haired high school girl needs to be fired because she has no people skills and doesn't realize BWW is a resturant and not a high school it is a requirement to talk to people with respect and if you can not do that you should find a new job. The management here is about as useless as can be with no care for the business. The food at the resturant is always horrible and sloppy. I have never been to a resturant that was as bad as this one. Worst service ever! We have been to other Buffalo wild wings before and have had good experiences. We placed an order for an appetizer and asked to have the BBQ sauce and peppers on the side. The BBQ sauce was on the appetizer. We placed our order and it took a very long time for it to come out it wasnt busy at all either. The chicken was slightly warm and chicken was dry like it had been sitting for a while. Also the wrong sauce was on them. My husband asked for onion rings and got fries. When she came to check on us as we were finishing our meal I informed her about all the issues and all she said was thats the kitchen that messed up. Honestly, you can 't even make this up.... so my friend I were really craving some bww wings. As soon as we walk in it smelled crazy, very sour aroma. Mammy came around the corner with a lopsided wig screaming who got this one to the confused scared looking waitresses. No one answered, she then looked at us very rudely said bar or dining? My friend I didn 't answer mammy fast enough so she then said very rudely hello, anyone? We just looked at each other walked right out without engaging with mammy like she wanted us too. The wings were fantastic, but the orange sauce was a bit off. My child's chicken sandwich was disappointing because the bread was overcooked. There was hardly any bun to speak of! She ended up taking her fries because she couldn't bite through the tough outer layer, and I struggled with them as well. I wouldn't recommend that dish. Also, the restaurant was freezing! They really need to turn off the fans, especially since it's getting colder outside. It would probably save them quite a bit of money too. Réservez une table maintenant
ct. the waitress is absolutely the nicest people I have ever interacted with. I go at least once a week for years and never had a bad experience with the waiting staff. But I had 9 out of 10 bad experiences with the kitchen. I can't tell them how many times I had mistakes on my eating. 9 out of 10 are grounded. but the waiting staff had really helped each time, apologetic, and kindly fixed my order. I would love my order to be exact for the first time in the next order. when I get on.
I ordered the 20/20 package online, but I couldn't find an option to request my wings extra crispy. So, I called the restaurant for assistance. Initially, the person who answered the phone said it wasn't possible, but when I asked to speak with someone else, she confirmed that it was indeed possible and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I picked up my order, the wings were not extra crispy, and the fries were soggy. I was very disappointed.
This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings out there. First off, the business was slow. Really slow. Our appetizer, in which we asked for no BBQ sauce, came with bbq sauce. Then our meals came, two of which were completely wrong and everything was cold. Our waitress was making excuses for everything when she really should have gotten the manager or done ANYTHING to help. Please, do not give this location any business, for your sake
This restaurant is not worth your time! I tried their "bogus BOGO" deal today and ordered the casual wings, which should really be called a boneless bite. There was barely any bun, and the pieces were just tiny bits that reminded me of KFC popcorn chicken. What a disappointment!
