Buffalo Wild Wings

This place was awesome back in the day, now not so much. I should have just left. Why you ask, well you walk in and the hostess is having a conversation with another employee and then they say oh dine in sit wherever you want. ? ok cool beans walk in and there is water draining from the ceiling into buckets on the table with towels in it. Should have just sat at the bar, it was the cleanest place in there and the bartender he was awesome. Our server,she did not bring water or ask if we wanted water, we had to ask for napkins and plates, she didn't bring silverware or plastic ware. The really tall bartender brought us most of the things we needed it was really sad. Three minutes after the food came out she came back by asked if we needed anything we said no not right now so then she brought us our check. I guess that was our que we should leave so we asked for to-go boxes and left.

Had wait staff stare at us standing by the sign that said wait to be seated for about 10 minutes, finally told to just sit wherever we want. Waitress initially was attentive but after taking our order we didn 't see her again for another 40-45 minutes while waiting for our food despite at that time having asked for a drink refill. Received our food, boneless wings that were BARELY above room temperature, street tacos, and chips and salsa. Amazing that it took chips and salsa 45 minutes to be completed. Street tacos were good, salsa was tasting of just straight tomato paste and wings were as mentioned above. Wouldn 't recommend this location and I 'll gladly drive further away for much better food/service at a different buffalo wild wings location.

some days are good, but they must try to avoid going when there are certain employees. the “sucky personal” will literally only stand at location and location and stand up to customers without helping or interacting. there is a casser especially that is terrible, super slow, obviously stoned, and down right rude. the orderings will take two hours regularly until they are completed and received, even without a table in the restaurant, and they always give the wrong people the wrong commands. the male casts are much better.

No one's on the floor taking care of seating people or waiting on tables. No visible bartender. Very long wait for food or check. Tables get picked up, but they could use better wiping down as well as floor underneath swept. It's definitely not how it used to be ran.

The service was great and our waiter was fantastic. Food was good and fresh. Only reason for the four stars was the shortage of chips and beer. Other than that better experience than we have had in a long time.
