We decided to stop by for a burger and a milkshake, but since we couldn’t dine inside, we opted for the drive-thru. After placing our order and paying, my husband was given the change, but unfortunately, a few bills fell and blew away in the wind. The server witnessed this but didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. We had to go after the bills ourselves, which was quite inconvenient. As a 77-year-old who recently had knee replacement surgery, along with my husband, a Vietnam veteran, this experience has left us feeling disappointed and uncertain about whether we would return to this restaurant.
I’ve started avoiding Burger King because their food quality has really declined. It’s disappointing. Despite my doubts, I decided to visit recently. How can Burger King ruin a fish sandwich from their menu? The fish was so overcooked that there was no white meat left! It’s unbelievable that they would serve something like that. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. No wonder I was the only customer in the whole parking lot. I only gave Burger King 1 star because I had to.
This location falls short by only providing one packet of ketchup and one sauce with a meal. That’s just not acceptable. If I’m asking for extra, it's because I plan to use it. One packet isn’t even enough for a serving. They really need to step it up. There's no way I'm going to finish these dry chicken fries without any sauce. I won’t be back again.
Happy with this visit. Very fast service for ordering and getting our food, quiet and clean. Adding to my previous review with pictures and a definite complained about breakfast biscuits. This is the only Burger King that we go to that has this issue because we go to all of them in the area the biscuits are always like this just look at the pictures

Another location that isn’t open at 6 AM. I’ve been stopping by only to find it completely dark and no one there. It feels like a waste of my time and gas. What a disappointment. I’m losing even more faith in Burger King!
I ordered a chicken sandwich meal but received two cheeseburgers instead. When I mentioned this at the window, the woman told me they don’t serve that at night. This is unacceptable and reflects poor business practice.
Check your orders if you go with drive thru. Man in front of me had to walk back in cause his order was all wrong. I ordered whopper burger with no pickles. Full of pickles. Wasn't even that busy here.
Food was cold and we ate there. Profesional when ordering but goofing off when wasn't attending anyone.

The food quality was disappointing, especially since I’m pregnant. I won’t be ordering from here again.
The French toast sticks are appearing slim they used to be a little thicker.
