Burger King - Réservation de table

The manager that was there was rude to every single customer that walked through the door. Asked for extra ketchup and she said you're going to take it home and put it in a bucket ? I grew up going to this Burger King on Heller Parkway and I'll never go again!! I had a big order three Whoppers, three cheeseburgers, two onion rings, three fries and two chicken sandwiches and apparently seven ketchups seem to be enough!!

Honestly, I was amazed by their customer service. Who ever the staff was their yesterday afternoon, they were amazing. Especially the lady at the drive thru window. I didn’t get to sit down and eat my food until after 2 hours later, I was thinking perhaps my food wouldn’t taste the same but BOY WAS I WRONG! It tasted fresh and delicious! Thank you so much!

Each time I visit this location (weekly), the drive-thru staff is always pleasant. Food is always hot, neat (never sloppy), tasty.Unfortunately, the closest location to me is East Orange [Central Ave], and they are entirely opposite of everything stated above.Keep up the great work Heller Pkwy BK!!

These people are so classless and rude . Even the manager was super rude and disrespectful. They need to be shut down . This is why you can’t have ghetto workers at any place of business they will bring it down. Réservez une table maintenant

this place is good to eat with the familia. is ordered. Of course, there are no children walking around like other burger kings, that is so annoying. but this is very nice. you feel the peace in you

if the customer service is not her ding, they should really avoid cash jobs. the cashier I can safely accept had no great day and it really showed

No, they have understood my order completely wrong, I waited for a very long journey through to get the wrong order. I will never go there again

This place is good to get something to eat and the atmosphere is tolerable considering the location.
