Cake Wines Cellar Door

Really cool little place in a newly renovated Eveleigh Street. Situated close to Cleveland Street, this cellar door is more than just that. I booked a table for 2 and ordered the cheese platter. 2 meats and 2 cheeses, olives and crackers. Good servings and more than enough for 2 people. Funky converted warehouse with a DJ playing quietly in the corner, it was a great place to start the evening off with a wine and pale ale. Try the Adelaide Hills Rose, very nice drop.

A great addition to the Redfern & Sydney scene, this is a great little space that could be used for so many different occassions. A three-hour lunch as part of the Vivid program was a fantastic (if a bit weird) experience, and I'll be back to try out their normal menu.
