Canton House - Réserver une table

Recently on a school excursion and looking for somewhere cheap for dinner for our students. Found this little place and was a bit skeptical because of what it looked like on the outside. However, was pleasantly surprised on entering. A basic but clean little restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The meals were quite a large serving and full of flavour. Our favourites were the satay chicken and sizzling steak. The staff were so friendly. A great little place.

Have eaten at Canton House on two occasions over the past week. First occasion the meal was okay (Deep fried Dim Sims were the best part of the meal) and on the second occasion we were disappointed with just about everything we ate. Has chicken satay skewers as an entrée - the chicken was reasonable but the sauce was quite watery and lacked flavor. Main meal of sweet and sour pork was average and the salt & pepper prawns were definitely below average. Unlikely to bother eating there again.

Guys you have to try the sizzling garlic chicken! All of our meal was so lovely and fresh! Really great customer service, the waitresses were so friendly. Yes it was a very humble atmosphere.. more like a home than a restaurant (as the name suggests) with no music etc however I actually liked it that way because all the tables around us were talking and socialising! I think having no music forces you to connect with each other more! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place!

I have been eating at Liza's shops for 15 years or more . We have never had a bad feed here . I have taken a lot of friend to this place and they all go back .The only down side to Canton House is it's in Sydney not Brisbane so now i only go a few time a year instead of every week .If you do go for a meal tell Lisa Ken and Robin said hi

Lisa had reopened 3 years ago after moving from Pendle Hill we have been customer at both locations and this place is still fantastic the food hasnt changed in flavor in all this time still very good value
