I waited in line 40 minutes, my order was missing fries and when I told the cashier she just looked at me like I was crazy and closed the window. She got an order of fries from the cook and they weren't fresh. The customer service sucks as well. They don't have to worry about me coming back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The employees do not practice sensation! They stand around on their phones with gloves on and then when they have to make the food they use the same gloves to touch the food! Disgusting! On top of that the service is super slow! The wait time is more than 35 minutes!

This place has to have the most incompetent employees. There's a difference in large and medium. You have one job. Didn't give me a straw no ketchup no barbecue sauce. Not worth the time nor patience for incompetence. This the 5th time it's happened.

I was excited to go to Checkers. Havent been to one in years well.... Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Terrible Terrible. Finally got food and it was barely warm. Very worried to try again ugh
