The manager Emily was full of energy, an awesome multitasker, and super nice. She was taking our order, fixing a ketchup dispenser, pulling up ready orders, AND training a new cashier (Yenifer, who was also very sweet) WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT SIS. The food was great, the burgers were juicy, the fries and onion rings were crisp, and the lemons, jalapeños, and condiments were all fresh. The GM was also super friendly and was all smiles under his mask, I could tell. They (Emily and Yenifer) came to our table to ask how everything was, made good conversation and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Will definitely come back.
I was greeted by the manager, who was very nice. I ordered the double char with cheese and all toppings, also an order of fries. The total was around $10.35, in which each item is separately priced. I waited for around 5-10 minutes. I was shocked at how good the burger was! Juicy beef patty’s and loaded with toppings! I will definitely be back.
Favorite Burger Place. You will be hard pressed to find a more flavorful bite anywhere. The first time I tried it my tastebuds were reborn and since that day I have never craved another burger. Great customer service and food preparation. Also comes at a decent price point for a gormet burger fit for royalty.
Ordered a simple BBQ chicken sandwich in person and was given a bacon cheeseburger which I cannot eat. I did not realize until I got home. Of course I call and even though the restaurant is open I keep getting routed to automated prompts and no human. One star. Won’t return. Will come in for a refund.

The burgers were great (very messy, which is a good thing). The onion rings were very tasty. The fries were just decent. The Tempura Green Beans and chocolate shake were outstanding. The only issue was that the BBQ sauce and hot pepper sauce I requested were missing from the bag.
Both sandwiches I ordered arrived soggy and cold. I ordered the pineapple teriyaki burger well done which was not well done at all more medium rare and the veggie burger. Both disgusting the only thing worth eating were the onion rings. Never again!
My burger wasn’t even cook right ? my fries was so salty oh my god.. and not to mention the onions was really burnt. My milkshake had a lettuce or something inside of it so disappointed and disgusting
The staff is nice. The griled chicken sandwich is good. I like the teriyaki sauce. It's sweet but not too much. Fast service here.

The meals at this restaurant are amazing in every way. I especially enjoy the impossible burgers, fries, and salad.
