Visited this place with a small group of friends for the first time tonight. Great service. Our waiter was kind. I got the lamb with Plaintains as a side and also the beignets. I wish the menu had prices lol. But I found the amount of food to be very reasonably priced. Most of the people I was with were able to have leftovers. The lamb was okay but the Plaintains were absolutely amazing (lamb needed more sauce, not just on the side . I would go back just for those! First off, there was roaches on the way into the door, that should have been a dead give away. We waited over a hour for our food and the food smelled but I still tried to give it a chance since this was my first time trying fufu. Once I made it home I noticed the meat smelled strongly tainted. It was obvious the food was only warmed up and not freshly cooked. The plantains were burnt. The food was just flat out horrible I paid 150 for the entire meal and they wouldn’t even give me back half my money for all of the unfinished food, they said it was their policy. I’d advise you NOT to eat here.
I traveled from Philadelphia for a birthday getaway with my husband, and we were craving some African cuisine. We discovered this restaurant, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic choice! Please make sure to stop by and indulge in the delicious food. The dishes were wonderful, and the customer service was great too!
Heyyyy!.. side pepper sauce 10/10 alone. That was where the Most favor derived. Customer service was a 10. From phone to face. Not enough meat...in my okra there was literally 2 pc of lamb. I tried Cameroon ndole for the first time, and it was delicious. I also really enjoyed the Bissap juice. The hospitality here is outstanding; the hosts truly make you feel like part of the family. I deducted one star because of the ventilation issues.
omg, stop lookin for the right restaurant cuz this is it!!!! I had the #1 option and I am in heaven! Ever sauce made me feel like I was even 5 different dishes on one plate. count ‘em SIX STARS Also get the cream drink. It’s called boabab I believe

The West African/Senegalese food at Chez Dior is both delicious and authentic. It brought back fond memories of the West African dishes I had been craving. The staff were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
