This business has been around for a long time. A favourite of the downtown crowd during the week lots of locals visit it on weekends for a quick snack. The chips are old fashioned and can be had as a stand alone meal, in various sizes or eaten as a side with a number of other items, including smokies and fish to mention just two. Salt "n" vinegar half way up is the only way to have the salt work its way through and through on the largest size of chips, and ensures that the chips at the bottom are not drowned in vinegar when you get to them. Stopped by for lunch, and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and eat. Ordered fish & chips. It was tasty! Would have been a little better if it would have been served with cole slaw. Just my preference to help cut the grease of fried food. The fresh cut fries were really good. Friendly service.

Fabulous chips! A Dryden favourite for years. Loved it when my mom took me here when I was a kid, a high school lunch destination and make a point of visiting a few times when I make it home each summer. ,Good sausages, my daughter the poutine.

My wife frequently reminds that fries aren't good for me but these are good enough that she even joins me. Sorry that they aren't open year round but maybe that is good. Moving away and I will miss them. Réservez une table maintenant

Best fries I've had since I was in Ontario. This place does a medium poutin and the European sausage was excellent and so glad to see Kovid survived
