Chipotle Mexican Grill

Really bad experience this evening. They were out of everything, and had a sign on the door indicating no guac or salsa at 7:45pm. The burrito was super small for both me and my partner and for $23? My burrito also contained corn and peppers though they were not asked for. When I asked her which burrito was which she said, oh I don’t know after she stepped away. Then she asked another guy to unwrap them to see which one was which. But mostly unhappy with the lack of customer service especially when I said they’re super small.

All they serve here is attitude and bad manners. Just went for dinner with family, they abruptly assume people know what they DO NOT serve or is online only . Btw, if you serve it through online orders but not walk-ins, what is the difference? Judging from past reviews it seems management do not follow-up on complaints or fixing the issue of very poor work ethic. If none of the employees want to work their, they are doing a great job sinking whatever is left.

Talking about a shop that's poorly managed.. i came in at noon and they didn't have half the stuff available including guacamole, corn, sour cream and grilled veggies. And no they did not just open for business. I ordered a drink and the ice machine was empty. When I asked they all just looked at each other like who's going to get that?

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. It’s dirty and always missing ingredients. I’ve never ordered from there and haven’t had my order messed up. For some reason the never have vegetables. I love chipotle but this experience is sub par. I hope they get new management and improve the restaurant quality. Réservez une table maintenant

Place is not clean. Staff is rude. They didn't have any forks. Burrito was assembled incorrectly and just squeezed into a small roll that is half the width of a normal burrito. All the Chiptole in the area have bad reviews, it's unfortunate since I do like the chain.

My burrito bowel was delicious now they actually gave me meat, eventhough I paid for double this time. I actually got what I paid for. They hardly gave us any chips that we paid for, smh my bag hardly had any thank god I had Tostitos at home

Food was amazing as always. Everything tasted fresh. Only complaint was they said they didn't have any small bags of chips, only large.....couldn't you just split a large into 2 or 3 small bags? Other than that, ALL GOOD!!!

Great! Edited: 4/29/23 It's not so great anymore. Would you pay 30 dollars for this?? Are you guys kidding me? One of the bowls didn't have steak at all, and one had three pieces. Réservez une table maintenant

Typical chipotle experience except that they keep running out of something or the other during peak hours and dishes are incomplete. Wish they would anticipate and prepare better.

Great place. Clean fresh and always has what I like. Jessica the Manager is very tentative to the food and employees. I love going there to eat and hang out.
