It was slow and people literally wanted to hit. The lady with the dazzling arms did a lot of screams and although she made me nervous, she had a point. Because they were terrible and slow. Look at my potatoes. It has a land Gravy Paste like Sauce on them. I was really afraid to eat them. I thought maybe spoiled. I and my family had 12 drums tonight and a cookie for dinner. They only had drum pieces. So I meet these options at this point t, because I was caught in the round-a-bout drive-thru-death/Krobbery setup they call a drive thru. More like slow-thru this drive-thru then shoot-thru! I want my money back. FrFr.
The team there was very respectful. I was very patient for the first time. I didn't catch her name. The food was nice and fresh, and the sweet tea beat. It was so delicious that I wanted to go back the next day. I sat in a bit, and when I left, I forgot something. I've been gone for six hours, but I tried to call the number upstairs and nobody answered. I just want to make sure that what I left was found and set up for me. Can I contact the store?
Church's Chicken is better than Popeyes and KFC. I use to loves Popeyes until I ate Church's. understand that Popeyes is good, but in no time, eat it a few days in a row and you will get tired of it. I forgot about Popeyes now, sorry. I haven't eaten from Church's Chicken many days in a row but I already be know, i wouldn't mind it. Great food great service. BTW i love fried okra, but it varies at Church's

Well this place was very nasty and they gave me cold chicken and i paid for a family meal and got small size and they prices went up. You know inflation is out of control when church's chicken has gone up and up up . Lord help....
Arrived at 11:32am on 12/17 to order a 2piece Texas chicken at drive thru. Deonna didn't greet or open her mouth to say anything. So early after opening why was I served old and hard chicken. Will never patronize again.
At Drive-Thru, the food was left. Went in to get forgotten product and was told that I would have to wait an additional 3 minutes until the product is to be boiled. I said it was a problem after I got my missing item.
Food always fresh and delicious! Customer service is ok. They need a new system for taking customer orders in drive-thru because it's very hard to hear and respond when placing your order.

The line moved quickly, food was fresh, and correct, even down to the sauce. Things often come out wrong in fast food lines so I'm happy the experience was good.
The smokehouse chicken was amazing. A little disappointed that they had no more pages, but they let me open an extra cookie. Thanks for the great service.
