Ordered a caramel pecanbon, my receipt says that, but I was given a regular Cinnabon. I didn?t realized until I drove all the way home. Came all the way back and the same girl who rung me up and messed up my order just takes my bag with no apology, andtries to add the toppings to the now 35 minutes old cold one. I had to ask for her to give me an entire new one. Firstly, theCinnabon is now cold and secondly I doubt this is the best practice with COVID-19. Doubt I?ll be back to this location due tothe incompetence. I will be contacting corporate as well.
Ordered food.. 2 Pizza pretzels to be specific. Also ordered cinnastix. Pizza was great cinnasticks were fairly greasy however still good. Cashier did not want to serve tap water told us it wasn't safe insisted we buy bottled water we didn't becausebuying water is stupid and the water was fine. I think the cashier was high.
Cinnabon is absolutely delicious and undeniably a guilty pleasure. The service at the Columbia Mall location is quite good. I don’t have much else to add—just enjoy!

Yummy Cinnamon Rolls and great service. The bun was very warm and good size. Overall good location to stop by and pick up a sweet treat.
I bought cinnamon rolls to enjoy during the series finale of Better Call Saul, and they were amazing!
