My recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. It’s clear that the management's lack of care for both their employees and customers has created a toxic environment that negatively affects service quality.
One of the major problems is the alarming shortage of staff, particularly during busy evening hours. It seems unreasonable to expect just three very young college students to manage a line of customers stretching out the door. This staffing issue reflects poorly on management’s ability to properly support their team and respond to the business's needs.

I love Coldstone but will never come back to this location.I ordered online, I got a Gotta Have It chocolate devotion with DOUBLE yellow cake added…almost $12 which is perfectly fine…What is not okay is the fact that I was given the Love it size and when I went in to ask for the size I paid for, the young lady behind the counter with the long ponytail decided she would just put a scoop of regular chocolate on top of the love it size to make it Gotta Have it instead of remixing and making the correct size. When I let her know that was unacceptable and I expected all the mix ins she got an attitude and told me that the mix ins are the same size for all the sizes which makes no sense…I let her...
Horrible experience did a mobile order pickup and actually waited to the expected time to show up. The girl think named was Victoria she was young that was working and completely ignored me. She was talking to one of her friends. I waited like 10 mins i said excuse me and all she ignored myself and friend. She waited till she saw a man come in and ask are you picking up? To him and i had to interject like i been waiting. Her and the guy just then started my friend and i's order. Totally disgusted by the lack of acknowledgment and treatment. Then when i called a different day to speak to a manager they said they was gonna send me something for my treatment via email and never did. Do not wast...
The restaurant was quaint, and we were the only customers present. The woman at the front was courteous and wore a mask. Let's talk about the flavors: we tried the Chocolate Devotion with two options. The chocolate flavor was enjoyable, but the coffee flavor was just okay; I wouldn't recommend it. Also, skip the chocolate chips— they weren't good at all. However, the brownie that was included was fantastic.

Today, my family and I visited this restaurant and were warmly welcomed by two young men and a woman. As always, I ordered the strawberry blonde in a waffle bowl, and it was perfect and delicious. Normally, I don't write reviews, but when the service is excellent, I feel it's important to acknowledge it. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!
The restaurant is quite cramped and struggles to accommodate many customers. The ceiling fan creates an unsettling strobe effect with the lighting. I also found some strange residue in my daughter's ice cream, but when I pointed it out, the employee dismissed it, seemingly unconcerned about issues like food allergies or cross-contamination.
Good store! Their smoothies are really good but their Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip speciality ice cream is a little too sweet for my taste. The workers were pretty nice but they didn 't say much (not that that 's a bad thing). Overall I would probably go again, but just get a different menu item.
We ordered on UberEats from this location. They put a small (like it) in a medium (love it) cup when we ordered a love it. Ubereats said this doesn’t qualify for a refund. Trifling all around.

Came in with my family and saw the fresh bananas and I just knew I had to get their banana split! It was FANTASTIC!!
