Today I placed an order through Uber Eats and only received half of my order, and I only got one ice cream instead of two. I called Cold Stone, and the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. I ended up ordering again, and he even added a little note along with some extra toppings, which I really appreciated. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Cold Stone location, and I believe the man I spoke with deserves a raise for his friendliness and thoughtfulness, especially for handling a difficult situation with such grace.
