food 4.0 ambience 4.0 present 4.5 a great Indian fusion place. fusion eating is all about experimenting and this place has made a good work with fusion. the ideas are great, and the aromen are well balanced, and the presentation tops it all. a large amount of love for detail has to come with these combinations, and it shows in the quality of the food started by with bread plate and pakore (food) plate. the presentation was really beautiful and aromen complemented. the mango chutney was really nice then tried the deconstructed lamm samosa, again a well-made dish. the taste of the lammmasala is very homely and brings memories at home...read more

The Indian cuisine at this restaurant is delicious, beautifully presented, and well executed. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they have Kingfisher beer on tap. The soft-shell crab was nearly perfect, the saag paneer was fragrant and satisfying, the aloo gobi sabzi had a little extra kick to it, and the roasted coconut rice was always sensational. However, our overall experience tonight was not as amazing as we had heard from friends. We are glad we tried it out, but without the recommendation, we may have chosen a different restaurant.

After consulting Google, I discovered that Color Me Flavor specializes in modern Indian cuisine. This was evident in the interior design of the restaurant. The lunch options were diverse enough to intrigue me. I decided to taste a few dishes and was very impressed. The meal I ordered was beautifully presented, with tender lamb skewers on a piece of roti bread, accompanied by a tangy cream and spicy chutney. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the spiciness of the chutney complemented by the acidity of the cream.

Colour Me Flavour opened in Woolloongabba only a couple of months ago, and brings modern Indian food to Brisbane. Their food is based on Gujarati cuisine, which while mainly vegetarian, does include meat and fish. The first encounter with their food was actually at a Deliveroo event, where they supplied four lentil dhal mousse cakes. They were something different, and piqued our interest.
