Cook's Corner In Smithville Nj

I've tried the coffee 3 times (and three different roasts) as I thought maybe I just got a bad batch. Stuff doesn't brew. You get pale brown, watered down coffee, no matter how you brew it. I've tried using these beans for cold brew, in a drip machine even a percolator or french press will give you one helluva watered down brew. I think some of these people in these reviews who say the coffee is good are just wowed by the selection of different flavors not realizing that not a single one is actually any good. Wish this place would get bought out by an ACTUAL coffee roaster so I could get some good, local beans.

Cook's Corner has some delicious loose tea options. I placed an order back in May 2022 for (3) White Champagne Raspberry loose tea pouches. I was informed that the tea was out of stock a few days after I ordered. I had the option to either get a refund, or wait until it restocks. Choosing to wait, I did not realize it would take many months (until after summer) to receive my tea. I sent an email asking for a refund at this point, and was told a few days later that they FINALLY restocked. I was compensated for the delay, and had my order shipped fast. Worth the wait!

This place is fantastic, but their closing hours on Google are not reliable. I really enjoy their soup kits, as well as their selection of tea and hot sauces. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in Smithville. Their freshly ground coffee also makes excellent gifts. However, I wouldn’t recommend making a special trip if you're planning to arrive just before closing time. Google indicates that they close at 7 PM on Saturdays, but I found the door locked and the lights turned off at 6:20 PM on a Saturday.

I absolutely adore this place! Tucked away in the charming village of Smithville, it instantly welcomes you with the delightful scent of freshly roasted coffee beans as soon as you walk through the door. They offer a wide variety of coffees, and you can choose to purchase whole beans or have them ground for drip brewing. In addition to coffee, Cook's has a great selection of seasonings, teas, and cooking utensils. Unfortunately, the coffee window is currently closed. Réservez une table maintenant

Always the best store in Smithville! I do most of my shopping there. My daughter loves the fresh coffee roaster, and I can't get enough of the kitchen gadgets. They have unique items that I can't find anywhere else, like a dumpling maker and grapefruit spoons. If you're into tea and jams, they have an outstanding selection. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the need for another register, as it can get a bit cramped in there.

My co-worker introduced our office to Cook's Corners Coffee. I have been hooked ever since. My family will not drink any other coffee now. The quality of beans and flavor selections is unbeatable. Our personal favorites are Peruvian, Nutty Italian, and Salted Caramel. Their coffee is now my go-to gift for all my coffee-loving friends. Cooks Corner even offered to personalize my coffee bags and add a picture for my friend's birthday.

This kitchen supply store is truly unique! They roast and grind a wide variety of coffees, offering an array of delightful flavors. The aroma in the store is simply heavenly. You'll find every kitchen tool you could possibly need, along with aisles filled with sauces and marinades. Plus, there are plenty of fun items, like artistic cookie jars, scattered throughout the store!

THE BEST place to buy coffee beans! I usually purchase beans twice a month, and I also buy them for family and friends who love them! The staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect flavor for you!

Great coffee selection and so many other fun things to buy and try. The smell in this store is my most favorite in the world. Staff is friendly, prices are good and just a comfortable place to go.
