I had visited a Cote brasserie in London last summer and found it lovely, so I was quite excited when one popped up in Manchester a few months ago and I got

Their lunch and pre-theatre menu seems to attract a lot of people because it's such a good deal, served daily between midday and 7pm, two courses are £9.95

obviously I haven't been to every breakfast place in the UK but I'd imagine it's hard to beat the service and value at Cote.
