What a brilliant restaurant this is. We arrived early on one of those warm nights and had time to sit outside ordering drinks within a wonderfully decked out patio. We found all of the staff here were so friendly and welcoming and we were looked after by Rosie who was wonderful, bringing out our drinks and the menu allowing us to relax and check out the great selection of food on offer. We totally enjoyed our meal set inside the restaurant within a cosy atmosphere. At the end of the night we passed on our compliments to the chef, who clearly has pride in their work and full credit to Rosie for looking after us so well. Sunday lunch Well, our first time at the Crab and Cow, and it won't be out last, exceptional. I had the fillet steak, rare to medium, and it was absolutely fantastic, full of flavour, moist and jucy. And the rest of the meal was to the same standard. My wife had the roast loin of pork roast dinner, and she was also blown away with the quality and taste of all the food. And the beer and wine was fantastic. To be honest all we did on the journey home was talk about how great the whole experience was. The staff were very friendly and very good at looking after you, thank you girls. Can't wait to go back, thank you all.

Visited for a birthday meal in a group of 8. Food was excellent. Nicely cooked, beautiful presentation. Not the cheapest but ok for good food and a special occasion. Service attentive and knowledgeable. It would be good to have an idea who ordered what when serving as I felt we were being asked every few minutes who had ordered which drinks dishes disrupting the atmosphere. However the main waitress had really good knowledge and answered everything well and with a good sense of humour. Overall a nice experience thank you! Would return.

I went for lunch here today with my son. It was a warm afternoon so sat in the lovely terrace area which is seriously stylish and beautifully planted out. The food was superb, the staff friendly and attentive and was extremely good value also. They were playing some nice background music which just added to the ambience. First class all round.
