Delicious Desserts

What an experience! It was such a disappointment. I ordered on Uber Eats at 7:40 and was told that the delivery would be at 8:20. However, the order got cancelled. I then reordered on the Feedme online app. After waiting over an hour, our order finally arrived with an item missing. The driver said they would go back for it, but we couldn't get through on the phone when we tried to call. I contacted the app I ordered from, but they were as useful as a chocolate teapot. I won't be returning to this restaurant and I suggest others don't either.

Ordered online at 19.55 two waffles was advised delivery 20.36 20.45 arrived no delivery rang store reply was sorry problems with waffle maker shouldn't be long about 10/15 minutes 21.03 rang store again was told driver has left should be with you soon 21.15 still no driver rang again yep drivers on his way 21.27 still no driver arrived delivery finally arrived at 21.30 in all this time not once was we contacted with an apologie wouldn't recommend ordering from this place again.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. We placed our order around 7:30 and were told it would be ready by 8:30. However, by 10 pm our order still hadn't arrived. When I called to cancel, the young girl on the phone only responded with a casual "sorry yeah" after I specifically asked for an apology. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and they need to train their staff on how to speak to customers with respect. I will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

Tonight we have ordered a home delivery, which took an hour to arrive. We could not have been any more disappointed with the desserts. The cookie dough was burnt and was so hard it was difficult to break with a spoon. The chocolate fudge cake was dry and both desserts were overpriced in my opinion. Nearly £15 for two poor desserts, the cookie dough was pretty much a single burnt cookie. Shocking! Réservez une table maintenant

Although I won't be able to receive a refund, I hope this review can help others. My advice is to avoid this restaurant. They take your money but fail to fulfill your order. It's impossible to follow up because they are unreachable. That's all!

Was told about my allergy they sent me something that shouldn’t of contained eggs but it did. Resulted in me having an allergic reaction rang to complain they told me to **** off

Every time I come the staff are nice and food is excellent. My favourite are the cookie doughs but this time got a waffle and it didn’t disappoint!

The dessert was the best I had for a long time. The new management has done wonders to the place. Highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant

One of the best waffles ever! Waffle came warm when delivered, quick tasty. Would recommend! 10/10
