It’s the sheer incompetence for me! They had ONE job. The driver went to the wrong location, and as we tried to guide him with directions, he drove right past my apartment while we were still on the phone. He hung up on us, and despite several attempts to call him back, he just kept declining our calls. Eventually, he said he would return in 20 minutes. When we contacted the store, their excuse was that they were closing and that he had other deliveries in Clifton—as if that was my problem or that I would be okay with receiving cold pizza. We order from this location ALL the time since it’s only 3 minutes away. Honestly, this was hands down the most frustrating experience of my life.

Order took over 90 minutes. Driver passed my house and set in his car down the street for 15 minutes while I tried to flag him. I called the store, and they couldn't do anything to help and couldn't provide a credit because I ordered online. There is no working method for reporting online. It gives you the phone number for the store, which couldn't help. Pizza was cold, and driver said he can't see, which is really disturbing.
I received my pizza 1.5 hours after placing my order. When it finally arrived, it was cold and inedible. The manager was unhelpful and rude, refusing to issue a refund even if I returned the pizzas to the Cedar Shan location.

The delivery experience is terrible. They constantly have drivers who don't understand English and can never seem to locate my house, resulting in delays of one to two hours.
