I placed an online order and didn’t realize I didn’t have cash on hand. When I called the restaurant, a young woman answered and informed me that I couldn’t pay with my card over the phone. Before I could ask any further questions, she hung up on me. When I called back, she explained that my order wasn’t a priority since someone had come in to pick up an order, so she decided to hang up again. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, another young woman took the call. I placed an order online and didn?t realize that I didn?t have cash. I called the store and some young girl answered she told me I couldn?t pay with my card over the phone and before I could asked another question she hung up on me. When I called her backshe told me that because someone walked in to pick up that my order wasn?t as important so she hung up. When I asked her nameshe refused then when I asked to speak to a supervisor another young girl got on the phone after explaining to her what happenedshe blew me off as if my money didn?t matter. Took twice the estimated time. Spent 17 MINUTES doing a ?quality check.? Ended up getting a buffalo chicken pizza with about 1 tablespoon of Buffalo sauce on it. Parmesan twists were good, though, and my box was delivered undamaged. So I guess that?snice? I didn?t complain on phone or email or anything, but they sent an email to me that said ?We let you down. The food was decent but the wait time to pick-up was terrible. They were a bit unorganized and I am not sure if it was due to technological error or human error but the whole point of contactless pick-up coupled along with a pie pass meant one ought be able to walk-in and pick-up their order without having to wait. That is how it is advertised. If one cannot keep up with a service then do not offer it.

I placed an order and went to pick it up, but they told me there was no order under my name. I received order number 79 when I placed it. The staff member was very rude and didn't provide any information about my order. I ended up wasting an hour just waiting for pizza and garlic bread. Eventually, she gave me a different order number, 217, since they messed up the first one.
One of the best shops in my area. New interiors look great, I generally use the execution. Always order on time. The staff is very helpful as soon as they accidentally get my order to some others. Manger feels very sorry and appolates and offers me free bread sticks. very polite gesture. I'd rather order this place.
Took over two hours for one bread bowl. Bread bowl was extremely tiny and there were skins of onions all in it. I also called to ask where my food was after an hour and a half of waiting and i was hung up after 20 minutes of being on hold. Terrible customer service and place in general!
I open my cake so that she thought it was okay to make this cake at the payment at $45 she thought it would be acceptable to it would not be acceptable to tome and I will never pizza of them ever reorder the customer service is the worst I have ever heard

I never guess on this part, only on their website where this bar appears and shows you the stages of your order that is really cool! This place is the best! For several years regularly! Perfect for a big family on a budget!
