I started to doubt myself and checked the menu again to ensure I wasn't mistaken. When I finally received the cappuccino blast, it came without whipped cream, cinnamon, or caramel—nothing at all.
Next, I asked for a chocolate croissant, and you'd think I had requested something outlandish. He looked at me with a puzzled expression and asked, “Chocolate croissant?” as if it weren't even on the menu. Frustrated, I decided to skip the croissant and just ordered hash browns, wondering if he would know what those were.

I stopped for a macha latte, this place is nice is clean, everything was fine till I went to the register and ordered s jelly donut, the guy at register has gloves on, but then takes money cards everythingwith gloves also my donut ???? without a napkin protector discusting. Here at this dunkin, 8:19 pm; for smoothies. They told me the machine is broken but the truth is that they doesn?t want to make it and cleaned up everything this early for tomorrow. I can see is four employees working at this moment and this early they?redoing this or told to do so by manager need to be taken care of.
I ordered a Reese's shake through UberEats, but I ended up with just chocolate. They didn’t include any straws and even provided a fork for my ice cream. If you don’t have a particular flavor available, please communicate that or cancel the order. This was a complete waste of money.

Manager is an idiot, had trouble with our order and we paid but a receipt didn’t print, so we showed the transaction on the bank statement that said Dunkin’ in store, and the exact time. And he refused to even look or help us and just said the machine didn’t mess up we did.
My English is not perfect but I do 70% or less whatever but these guys here they have to improve their accent. Prices are too high almost $4 for a medium regular coffee it's not the Starbucks.
