Fantastic little cafe with a very homely atmosphere, unique decor and interesting soups toasties The host was fantastic, and very welcoming as if it was his own home. He immediately warned us that there would be a bit of a wait, but continued to give every customer very personal service so nobody felt rushed. The coffee and food was very good and it was very warm and cozy. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you aren't in a rush!

Absolutely loved the experience at Fatty Owls Edinburgh, just a short walk to the Castle and Old Town experience. The quaint but beautiful cafe has so much personality. It was a relaxing, home like experience From the decor to the music, to the food. Definitely a star experience . A good price too. I am going back for sure!

Delicious breakfast (scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, toast, avocado)Very friendly and polite staff. Beautiful drawings painting of owls on the walls generally owls are main theme of decor. Very cozy, good location

What a lovely place! Tiny and quirky, with plenty of owl themed decorations. Very good food, nice coffee and we will be definitely coming back! No pictures, bcs it was too good
