When I got to the payment window, the gentleman instructed me to pull forward and that they would bring my food out to me. However, I ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes. When I took my order home, I found that all my food was packed in one small container. The spaghetti was mixed in with the fettuccine, and the lasagna was squished in between.
I contacted Robin, the manager, who informed me that the items are supposed to be packed in divided containers and asked me to come back so she could fix it. My wife, our seventeenth month old granddaughter and I stopped to eat supper with Fazoli’s in Morristown, and we were freezing inside so I asked the Mgr Michelle, to turn the air up, and she offered to turn it off, We were freezing. Ms. Michelle took care of us, and the restaurant warmed up. We are very thankful and greatly appreciate what she did for us. We will definitely be back many times in the future. Her front line crew we’re great also. Matisha , and Kai we’re very professional too. Thanks you Ms Michele and team for a great dining experience, I give them five stars.
Honestly I wasnt in there long enough to accurately judge the staff or atmosphere (ordered to go)but the food was really good for the price. The food was as good or better than an Olive Garden. The breadsticks that come w/ an entree are spot on like Olive Gardens. My food was waiting for me when I got there and a staffer helped me as soon as she saw me. I will return. Also, most Fazolis have shut down and this is the first time I got experience it. Hope they do well. Also they have a drive-thru.Parking: Parking at Sunday lunch was pretty good. Approx 12:45pm
I’m giving this 5 stars because of their kind manager. I work in a medical clinic and we called and ordered lunch and the employee on the phone was so rude told us we should have called way ahead of time. Well working in an urgent care we eat when we get the chance. When the General Manger was called by the manage on duty about our complaint she immediately called us while she was on her honeymoon to apologize and make things right and had our lunch delivered to us the next day for free. That was above and beyond! Thank you!

We typically receive good service at this restaurant, but during our last visit, they truly exceeded our expectations. They not only kept the breadsticks coming, but the manager also offered to prepare some for us to take home. Additionally, she arranged for some dipping sauces; one of them seemed to be specially made. She mentioned she would whip up a sauce with some basil in it, and it was absolutely delicious!
We have been to this location several times and have always been happy with the food and the service. Especially here in Morristown, the restaurants are terrible, but this Fazoli's is one of the few exceptions.Kid-friendliness: My young daughter loves the sampler platter because she can get a bit of everything. She constantly requests to eat here.
The food was hot-the Bread ? Great. My main dish was A OK. But the service was Heaven. Very nice people hard working I don't now the name of the person that took our order but he was up there with the best so all in all I'd give at least a high 9 Great job to everyone ? ???
Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and courteous and helpful to everyone. Michelle went out of her way to ensure everyone had everything they needed. Best Fazolis I’ve eaten at. Excellent customer service.

Ordered on the Mobile app to pick up thru drive-thru. We arrived really early so they just had us park and brought it out to us. Was really fast and friendly. Also the food is spectacular!
Jamie was fantastic! The restaurant was bustling, but she handled everything with great efficiency. The food came out quickly and was really delicious. I highly recommend this place!
