Five Guys - Réservation de table

I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the staff's poor attitude. When I asked about my food, they were just joking around and laughing in my face, which I found very unprofessional. They even told me to go somewhere else for my meal. I definitely will, and I will be sharing my experience with others to warn them not to patronize this establishment, especially since they employ such rude staff. I watched other customers who ordered after me receive their meals before I did. As I mentioned, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be posting about this experience everywhere to highlight the discrimination I faced.

The cashier and the staff in the mall went over and beyond!!! I was embarrassed because my card being declined (its a small bank, works most of the time, but rare that it doesn't work), as I was finalizing the Google Pay on my phone for my debit card to pay for the meal, they paid it 100%. I was in shock, kept thanking them for their kindness!! I love five guys and their generosity. They've treated my family wonderful for a long time (military).

Today, I visited the mall with my family, and unfortunately, my daughter got sick in the food court near 5 Guts. I went to look for a custodian, and while I was away, one of the staff members, who might have been the manager, promptly came out to help my wife and cleaned it up. He was incredibly kind about it, treating the situation as if it were no big deal, which really helped put everyone at ease. Thank you so much for your kindness, sir!

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was quick and all but they forgot the bacon and I went to ask for the bacon and they gave me a tinfoil with 3 shriveled up, chard bacon with wasn't even edible. Sometimes quantity isn't always the best especially for a 10 dollar burger. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a salted caramel milkshake and absolutely loved it! It’s perfectly thick, with a fantastic caramel flavor, and it even has tiny grains of salt! It might be a bit too salty for some, but I enjoyed every sip.

The prices are a bit higher, but the food is really delicious! My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and fries, and I couldn't resist stealing some of her fries!

Always great food, and the addition of milkshakes is fantastic! Omar provided great customer service with a smile, the kitchen crew was fast and efficient.

The cashier at Five Guys was rude and didn't even take the time to get my order right. This is the second time I've experienced this with the same cashier. Réservez une table maintenant
