We dined in the restaurant - had booked months earlier and did not realise there was a change in chef. The menu was good pub food - a range of entrees (we had the crab pasta which was tasty). Mains were proteins from the grill - these ranged from mid $30s to $110+ for a dish for two (suckling pig from memory). We were told proteins didn't come with any vegetables, so had to add mash, chips, salad, beans etc at about $10 per side. We also got a choice of sauce (e.g. jus gra, hollandaise, miso butter).Everything we ate was cooked well. No issue with quality or execution.
