Everyone loves italian food which is why it's one of the top 3 most searched cuisines in Australia - yes, you can quote me on that!  It's a nice cute setup central to a lot of places.  The service was pretty casual and non pretentious which is always good - great night out and very busy on a Monday night.    Crab Fettucine - beautiful fresh pasta with a lovely broth running through. Aesthetically - quite clinical, it's more about the aroma and taste with this dish really.  Friend had the Capriciosa Pizza which was apparently "delicious".. The restaurant has changed their name to fusion 16 but on zomato and google map it still comes up as Dulcis Domus so just be wary of that. The menu is also different online to the menu in the restaurant. We ordered: -Garlic and herb pizza as a starter* (cheap too) -Truffle pizza (my favourite)* -Pepperoni & olive pizza* -Pesto pizza Note: "*" are my recommendations. The pesto pizza which had zucchini & tomato was a somewhat odd combination and there was too much mixed cheese on it. The pizzas were nice but nothing wow or exciting that would make me want to come back. Ambience and service was okay. For 5 people and 4 pizzas it was $15.40 which was pretty cheap though so bonus f...

Came in just after 10pm on Friday night to have a coffee to end a great time at the nearby Carriageworks Vivid night market. All other places in Spice Alley were closed, or closing so we were happy to find a restaurant open til 11pm. The snooty, Italian accented waitress completely dismissed us saying they don't do coffee, despite the espresso machine being in clear view. After consulting someone else, she said we could order coffee but then proceeded to ignore us. Sorry, but no thanks. We ended up going to Anita's Gelato around the corner.

Excellent pizza & some of the best calimari I've ever had. Only lost points for not having all the ingredients for one of our cocktails, but it's probably good that we didn't have any more to drink ????
