My main frustration was with the maître d', who appeared somewhat annoyed throughout the evening and seemed eager to rush us. When it came time to choose our food options with him, we were informed that prices had increased since we signed the contract the previous year. He told us he was doing us a favor by honoring the original price. From that point on, he continually reminded us how much his suggested tip was. While I would have considered giving a respectable tip if the service had warranted it, it was hard to feel that way since the maître d' only fulfilled the usual responsibilities expected of him, without any extra effort. The waitstaff even had to pick up some of his slack, helping...
Last week, I hosted a Bridal Shower in the Grain Room at the Grain House, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The room was beautifully set up, and the food was excellent. I also ordered some cupcakes, which were absolutely delicious. The servers, Adda and Andrea, were fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the event. Kate, the Sales Manager who took care of my reservation, was prompt in responding to my numerous questions and offered great advice when I needed it. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a party. Thank you, Grain House!
We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, there was no one to welcome us at the server area. When they finally located the staff, they were rude, dismissive, and overall unpleasant. While I understand that they may have a regular clientele, there's no excuse for poor customer service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. We were here for a wedding, but given this experience, we'll definitely seek other options in the future. It's a shame, especially considering the positive reviews the place has received. Food: 1
I had a wonderful dinner experience! Patrick was an exceptional server. I was in town for a funeral and had a tough week, so this entire dining experience was truly memorable. As a solo diner with a book at a somewhat upscale restaurant, I usually feel a bit out of place, but here I felt completely at home. The pork chop was incredible, and the chef even prepared a couple of bowls of sautéed peppers for me, including habaneros and pepperoncinis. If I find myself back in town, I will definitely return!

Attended a company event here. The salad was very good. The chicken scallopini was good. However the cauliflower steak and the eggplant entrees were bland and undercooked. Definitely did not seem adept at vegetarian options. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
