I came here for lunch today after reading many positive reviews on a local food group that I follow. This is absolutely a must try for anyone in the area. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left we had a fantastic experience. Our waitress, and the other people who were working were so friendly and fantastic. I decided to celebrate my birthday with my family of 4 at this restaurant on a Wednesday evening. None of us had ever been here before, but it turned out to be the perfect choice. Everything surpassed my expectations. We were delighted by the amuse bouche, a bite-sized Rueben sandwich that was delicious. My grilled lamb with sautéed veggies was a flavorful combination, and the presentation of my decadent tiramisu for dessert was impressive. The standout dish of the evening was the harissa glazed shrimp appetizer, which was bursting with unexpected flavors. The service was also wonderful, with our server being friendly and helpful. Overall, Hampton Winds is truly a gem.
Restaurant is brilliant. Been coming here for over 10 years and it never disappoints. The students do such a great job each time and the atmosphere is on point. Creativity in the menu is always on full display and you can tell the staff cares about giving you a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
We have eaten at Hampton Winds several times and were always very happy, but this last time was a huge disappointment. All our food arrived at the table luke-warm at best. And my son's cappuccino arrived late and cold!
