Hollywood Pizza - Réservation de table

i ordered through just eat, got delivered to the wrong house on the other side of kidderminster even though i put my address in on just eat the delivery driver then charged me an extra £10 for the drive to the RIGHT address then i get given the food, only when i have payed, to be greeted by the complete wrong order, food was stone dry and completely cold and the service was utterly disrespectful, the person who delivered my food was rude on the phone shouting at me to listen when i was asking how much extra i would be expected to pay, the pizza is chewy and pretty much raw i cannot believe the way we have been treated tonight by delivery drivers and the restaurant itself as i tried to ring b...

I usually absolutely love the food here no problems before but theirs a first time for everything.when I opened the bag of garlic bread it was cold and hard you could break a tooth on it and when I turned a few pieces over it was brown/over cooked I complained to just eat and they credit me an insulting £1.50.the chicken was disappointing one big piece i ate some of was more bone and chicken and didn't taste great and the other piece of chicken is a joke feel most of it went it the bin! I feel cheated out of £9.98 I won't be ordering again.

We always order from here never had an issue but couldn’t eat any of mine the pizza was dripping wet I put it in the oven to do more an it had a horrible off smell ordered one pice chicken an chips an the chicken was that small only got a few bits of meat off it an that tasted vile only thing that was ok was the chicken nuggets an chips an the drink rest went in the bin 20 odd quid in the bin an going to bed hungry not very good at all

I have ordered a pizza and chicken , it was very delicious and wonderful and very healthy and their behaviour was very polite and friendly, and I also recommend everyone to please order from Hollywood Pizza Thank you appreciate JJ Réservez une table maintenant
