Have eaten here on a number of occasions, usually for lunch with colleagues or friends. The food is always delicious and well prepared. The selection varies and is always freshly prepared. Desserts are also excellent especially the sticky toffee pudding. The price is also reasonable...and the service very good. Will continue to enjoy the delicious offerings of the Hungry Heart Cafe.
I went for lunch because it was only 600 meters from Sheraton Newfoundland Hotel. Great food! The cook is really good, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were far lower than what I expected for quality.
Besides serving a wonderful selection of great and tasty food, Hungry Heart is run by an incredible not-for-profit organization working in the community. You can leave feeling satisfied on every level.

Excellent service and a wonderful meal. I had the shrimp linguine and I highly recommend it. The chocolate cake was delicious also.
