I ordered 5 veggie burgers through the drive through, we were 5 helicopters. I talked to the manager about the mistake and was told to all three on the headphones that I say 5 huren. I never said that the manager is argumentatiw and did not offer to swallow, but was so adament that I was wrong. we don't eat meat and we wouldn't have asked for puppies. my four children heard me all veggie burger order. I went out when the manager had no help and paid for 5 meals and had only fries and drinks. very disappointed and will not return.
all hj’s have been deteriorating since the latest renovations. the burgers are dry and warm, so that the cheese no longer melts. they used to be hot and juicy. my last visit ended it for me when my dry burger was even drier because it had no sauce on it. very disappointing at some places.
