Sometimes it is very good pizza, other times not so much. Tonight it was dry and overcooked, the crust tasted strange (can't quite put my finger on it but it was disconcerting, tasted somewhat stale or old, I was afraid to eat more), and the ranch dressing on my CBR was almost entirely on 2 of the 16 square pieces in one big splotch. There was clearly no care at all, no concern with quality. We only ended up eating one piece each and got rid of the rest. It sucks because when it is good it is very good, but I'm not a gambler... Way too brightly lit. And they need to have music piped in. It’s so odd without music. The night we were there (12/9), the waitress was overwhelmed. She forgot my refill -don’t worry, I still tipped her well. But if you ever saw when Vera keeps switching people’s plates in the film “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore” this is what happened here. The orders were all being given to the wrong people and people at different tables had to keep switching plates with total strangers. It was comedic but prob not for the waitress. Last week I finally got to try Gigis. I ordered Fish A LA Feast Amazing. I don't care for the spaghetti sauce. It was missing something. This week I ordered Fish Parmigiana nope. If you like their Fish Aa LA Feast, order early because it goes fast. I gave mine to Chet because... well that's me. I waited longer this time which I don't mind. I think it was the owner that sent me home with a meatball and a sausage. ? Super nice people though. Little Falls New York ?
Pizza and wings were solid. Only problem was the ounces of meat on subs. U guys are way off. 3 to 5 ounces in small. 6 to 8 ounces on lrg. We had one peice of turkey on a small. That's insane. Grab a sub from vinnys in Herkimer and bring it to your shop. That's how a sub is suppse to look. And that's a well known business.

Amazing cozy place with great food. My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal. Thank you! Dietary restrictions: Very considerate of my nut allergy Kid-friendliness: They have great options on their kids' menu. The staff were also patient and kind to my children.
We finally made it to dinner! Was very impressed with the cleanliness and openness of the dining room and bar. Our server was pleasant and accommodating, the food tasty and served quickly, and overall a great experience. Kudos to John, Lori family for bringing Gigi's to life!
This is a great place! The owners are great people and the customer service was outstanding. We went in for some drinks and ended up with pizza, which I highly recommend!
Delicious Italian food. From start to finish we were happy with everything. Kid-friendliness: Lovely table with children near us and the staff were very accommodating.

The portion to price is horrible. Tried to order food for the family and this is all you get. Wont be ordering here again.
