Not sure if its just this Jack in the Box or all but their CS really stinks!!!I would rather order anywhere else but here, the food has really gone downhill. THE ONLY REASON i go here is because I don't have time to wait. Today I didn't go to lunch until after 2pm there was 4 cars in front of me that had already placed their order, so it didn't take long to get my food. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo and specifically requested it plain, with just cheese, bacon, and meat. Unfortunately, they misunderstood my order and added everything to the burger instead. When I asked them to fix it, they still got it wrong. I had to explain in detail what I wanted, almost as if I were talking to a child, before they finally made it correctly. However, their reaction to my request felt condescending, and I got the impression that they thought I was unreasonable for wanting my order done correctly. All the breakfast sandwiches we ordered came out cold. The eggs were chilly, the cheese wasn't melted, the sausage was undercooked, and the bread was dry and cold. We were willing to wait for fresh, hot sandwiches, but the manager was incredibly rude. He argued with us about the quality of the food, claiming that Jack in the Box always serves cold food. He categorically refused to make any adjustments and wouldn't even let us order something else. To top it off, he asked my entire family to leave.
There is a significant need for improvement in leadership at the Arcadia location. If I could give a 0-star review, that would be my rating for this Jack in the Box.
They messed up my order , forgot the fries and I said no cheese on the tacos. Then he proceeds to tell me that I'm wrong and I didn't order those so I had to show him on my phone yes I did. I even tipped him $5 and he still gave me an attitude. Very bad service it's almost like a McDonald's here. Take your money

Meghan is absolutely the worst! As soon as i order she comes out with attitude. She disrespected me by name calling and I won’t let an individual cross that line. I just reported her on the survey 2:26pm. She needs to learn customer service skills.
The food was served hot and the service was quick. However, the only problem we encountered was that the Freestyle machine made the drinks somewhat watered down, and the iced tea lacked flavor, resembling just colored water.
Such INCOMPETENCE!!!!! I ORDERED A ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER BUR I RECEIVED EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST CROISSANT!!!!!AND YOU WANT A PHUCKING RAISE???!!!!!
This is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch! The new Jack bowl is absolutely delicious, and the combo comes with a yummy egg roll. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is open late and offers fantastic food, but occasionally they serve dishes that have been sitting out for a while.
