Update: Carla at the drive-thru provided one of the friendliest services I've ever experienced. She greeted me warmly with a big smile and meticulously checked my order for accuracy, making a real difference in my visit! As for the food, it was what you would expect from a typical fast-food restaurant—standard recipes that should taste good, but everything felt a bit rushed and lacked quality. The staff, while not unfriendly, were quite brief in their interactions, often using playful expressions like, "Wait a minute! Let me see if we already have 4 wings!" Overall, it didn’t quite reflect the ideal standard that KFC aims for.
Every time I visit KFC, I always order their 399 chicken sandwiches, and I have to say, they’re really, really good. In my opinion, they’re even better than their competitors—I won’t name names, but you know who I mean. The only thing I’m not a fan of are the pickles they add; I don’t care for them much, so I usually get my sandwich without pickles.
Be sure to check your food, as they serve old items mixed with the fresh ones. I had to wait a long time, and what they offer on West Main is not trustworthy. They should be ashamed of their practices at both West Main and Carlyle locations.
Stop serving expired food! People work hard for their money, and no one wants to eat old food, especially at high-priced restaurants. The staff should be replaced; they seem lazy and indifferent.

Warning if anyone has a vehicle that sits lower to the ground... When pulling in or out either side of building your cat will scrape unless you angle it and go slow..
Stop selling old food!!!!!! People spend hard earn money nobody want old food especially at high prices the workers should be fired they’re just old and lazy
I ordered a 3 pc chrispy dark meat combo, side of mac n cheese, and a Pepsi. I got a 2 pc regular white meat combo, french fries, and a Pepsi
The food quality is decent, but this location does not offer dine-in service. It also seems to be under- or poorly staffed.
