I did not receive my correct order. The meal was cold, and I was charged $22 for two number one meals. I returned twice but still got the wrong order. It was a terrible experience overall, and I won’t be going back.

The layout of this KFC is quite disappointing. After parking, it feels like a long walk just to reach the entrance. The drive-thru is also confusing, with cars frequently blocking the way. It’s really frustrating!
KFC is my go-to spot in Arcadia, CA. Whenever I’m craving KFC, that’s the place I choose!
