The pizza at this place is truly tasty, but I do have a few concerns. I noticed that they stack the uncooked pizzas on top of each other, which causes the dough to lift and fold in the black trays. I'm not sure if that’s the correct method. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the "Extra Most Bestest" is a flat pizza cut into squares. While the squares were fine, I didn’t expect the pizza to be so thin. Nonetheless, the overall flavor was really enjoyable!
The pizza at this location has been excessively oily to the point that it feels like the pizza is soaking wet. Heating up the pizza in the microwave makes the sogginess worst. In order to make the pizza a little firm, I have to place the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes. I don't like soggy pizza.
The Queens Chapel location may be the worst in the area. I visited twice, hoping for a better experience, but both times my food was overcooked and the manager was quite rude. They don’t answer the phone and are unwelcoming when you walk into the store, making you feel like you’re a bother.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the ordering process to be straightforward. The pizza was delicious! I'm giving it 4 stars because they could enhance their waiting area system. Great customer service from the staff at this location! The pizza served here is mouth watering and scrumptious. The facility is clean and parking is always available.
