Excellent experience! The checkout process was new for them (only 5 hours of training), but the manager stepped in to support the cashier whenever needed, offering assistance with a friendly greeting. We arrived at noon, and the service was fantastic—no delays, and our food was hot and delivered in just minutes. All orders were processed quickly. The fish and chips were delicious, and the sampler platter included a great variety from the Long John menu. The dining area was clean, and a young lady was actively tidying up, ensuring the restrooms were maintained and asking customers if they needed anything. We ordered at the restaurant and rang the bell for our order. A young male employee was nearby on his break, and when they called our number, he quickly jumped up to get it for us. Everyone here has always been incredibly friendly for the past 15 years!

The fish and hushpuppies were perfect I know LJS isn't everyone's favorite but it's just a perfect childhood favorite of mine It's not healthy but then again is any fast food? We can tell ourselves certain items are but they really aren't

This place just opened again today. Yeah...Closed since last March 2020. Staff are so great amd happy to be back to work and serving the public..Their coleslaw is wonderful, too..Go in, say Hi, and enjoy a great meal... Réservez une table maintenant

The food met my expectations; it was decent and satisfying. The restaurant was busy, but the cashier was friendly. Overall, it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was dependable.

I really enjoyed it! I wish LJS would come to Utah. I had to travel quite a distance to get my favorite food in Montrose. Please consider opening a location in Utah!
